Welcome to the Institute's
2010 Council Election & Bylaw Voting

As an alternative to mail or fax balloting, you may use the Internet to confidentially record your votes with the scrutineer, CIBC Mellon Trust. To do so you must have your six-digit CA Membership number and your seven-digit voter number. Both of these numbers appear on your Council Election Ballot and Bylaws Proxy you received in the mail.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR INTERNET VOTING:
  • You must be using an Internet browser that supports SSL level encryption.
  • As an additional security feature, this application will time out after 20 minutes of inactivity. Should this occur, you will need to return to this screen via this internet address.
  • Should you experience any difficulties please contact the Institute's support line.
  • Your voter number is also available electronically from the AGM information page on the Institute Web site (login required)
